You are looking for a place to raise and train your horses, this building with its impressive dimensions (54.5 x 62.5 x 11.6 meters) is made for you. The installation will cost you 250,000 $ and maintenance 500 $ per day but the solar panels installed on the roof will allow you to make your project profitable with 1,512 $ per day. Large indoor riding arena measuring 44 by 30 meters which can be extended by 23 meters by an awning with tiers and which can be equipped with everything necessary to train your horses. For the comfort of your horses, nine individual boxes and three large collective boxes are available which overlook a meadow. At the rear of the building there is a straw storage with a capacity of 40,000 liters, a manure of 100,000 liters, two silos for food with a capacity of 80,000 liters as well as the Clubhouse where obstacles, barriers and flags are located to equip the ride. The Enhanced Animal system mod is not mandatory but recommended to be able to pass through the stall doors with the horses (for players who cannot use this mod a trigger is available at the ride level to remove door collisions).
