Loaders in Farming Simulator 22

Loaders are vehicles made for lifting and transporting various materials: be it raw materials, goods, or pallets. There are several different types of them to choose from – the most basic one being the Kramer front loader holder.

You can find them in the shop section called “Front loaders”

However, this is not an universal solution for everybody. As you keep using them, you might notice certain limitations, such as limited controls, or the overall small capacity of the loader – making your work much more labor intensive as your farm keeps growing.

Here are the types of front loads that you’ll come across:

Kramer KL30.8T is the entry level loader. It’s small and simple – here what it has.

Is this a worthy investment? Nope – it’s not. This is a rather underpowered tractor. For just $16,000 more, Linder Lintrac 60 is a much better option. Giving two times the power, and more versatility with a loader holder, it’s just much more worth it. Plus, the Kramer’s biggest advantage – the 4-wheel drive – is available on this model as well.

Small loaders are solid, practical and versatile options. There are two main solutions available. One with wheels (L218), and one with tracks (C232). You can choose the suitable option depending on the type of your farm setup.

One rather curious thing about these machines is the fact that they are very well suited for woodworking. The model includes standard blades and forks (including only about one third more capacity than the front loaders), and also this:

This is an option preferred by many FM22 players. While they don’t have much more capacity than a simple wheel loader, they’re a lot more versatile.

Speak of the devil – here’s a wheel loader , and the New Holland W190D is an excellent example of it. This is an articulated vehicle, letting you break it into a turn, instead of gradually turning the wheel. And there are a lot of great attachments, several of them offering capacity over 3 times bigger compared to the tips of the front loaders. It’s a great solution for forestry work and loading the materials from the ground. For dealing with the big trees, and working with silage, this should be at the very top of the shortlist.

However, it’s less versatile than many other loaders. It only has four ends – forks, shovel, and carriers for logs and pallets.

In the vehicles category in the shop, tab called “Technology of beet growing”, you’ll find machines such as Holmer Terra Felis 3 , and Ropa Maus 5 . They’re excellent beet harvesting options, letting you take the harvest from the ground over a massive area, and load them to the semi trailers. These machines let you not have to worry about beet storage for your harvests.

Ropa NawaRo-Naus is perhaps the best example of a universal loader. It’s an irreplaceable option for abandoned crops, like fertilizers, cereals, silage, and chips. However, it’s not as universal as the name may suggest – for harvesting beets and potatoes, you’ll still need a dedicated option.

A wildcard, for sure – but for many tasks, this is exactly the loader of choice. Manitou MC 18-4 can be found in the Other vehicle section. It costs $37,000 and has no variable tips, but it’s a great pick for dealing with pallets. It’s a terrific option for loading fodder, seeds, or fertilizers on the conveyors.
