As one of the more interesting variations of John Deere tractors, the Hi-Crop versions of tractors became very popular with row crop cultivation, tobacco farms, and vegetable farmers. With amazing clearance thanks in part of extended front axle rods and a step-down gearing to bring the rear axles lower too, the Hi-Crops gave amazing elevated vision when working in between rows.
