On Farming Simulator 22, you can hire the workers to do all the hard work for you. All you need to press the H button (B on Xbox, circle on PlayStation). Whenever you are inside the machine with all the parts required to start working, you’ll need to position yourself in the starting position on the field and press the button, depending on the system that you’re using.
You can actually start doing the work yourself – and only then hire a worker to pick up where you left off.
The workers are automatically dismissed. If they’re still working at the end of your game, make sure to send them back to work. Depending on the type of machine and the working time of day, the worker makes around $50-100 a day each.
